Best New Year's advertising
Back in 1931, the Coca-Cola Company first depicted the kindly Santa Claus on its advertising posters. Since then, every year, advertisers have been creating atmospheric ads that make us look forward to the winter holidays even more and soak up the New Year's mood.
Today we've put together a selection of New Year's ads that will make you feel warm, even in this cold weather.
Mercedes-Benz
The Mercedes-Benz car brand has decided to congratulate everyone on the upcoming New Year holidays with an interesting and unusual video. Everything is perfect here: perfect table setting, delicious dishes that you can smell even through the screen, a Christmas tree decorated with toys and lights... and a goose that, having learnt of its sad fate, runs away into a reliable and safe Mercedes-Benz.
Dreamies
Another kind and funny New Year's video from Dreamies. Everything here is also very tasty and beautiful: dishes, lights, lanterns, a Christmas tree, gifts, toys... How can an average cat resist such a temptation? No way! The only thing that can distract them is the delicious Dreamies food, which will keep them occupied for a very long time 🙂.
John Lewis
This is a commercial for the British chain of stores John Lewis. The dog Buster plays the main role here. One night, on New Year's Eve, a father decided to congratulate his daughter on the holiday by installing a huge trampoline in the yard. All the forest animals living nearby liked the gift: foxes, badgers, squirrels, hedgehogs, etc. And the main character looks at them with envy from behind the closed door of the house. But in the morning, as soon as the front door opens, Buster gets ahead of the little girl, jumps on the trampoline, and jumps because he's been dreaming about it all night. At the end, a great slogan appears: "Gifts that everyone will love!" (and it's not even clear to whom the father gave this gift :))
NBA stars perform "Jingle Bells"
The melody of "Jingle Bells" with three-point shots from the best NBA scorers. A great way to combine professional sports and great music.
Magic piano

To raise everyone's spirits on New Year's Eve, a magic piano was installed at a railway station in Chicago. It was magical because it chose and played a melody depending on the mood of the people passing by. But in fact, there was no magic involved: the melodies were played by pianist Andrew Blendermann, who was in the next room. That's all the magic! So simple, and the festive mood is guaranteed until the evening.
Temptations
And finally, a very kind and touching video. An advert for cat food. The idea is that your favourite kitty will be able to forgive you for all the New Year's Eve costumes and bullying only if you treat her to a portion of delicious Temptations food. And everyone is happy 🙂.
