\nHowever, in business, it seems that we often try to use other strategies in relation to a failed project - a \"dead horse\" - in the hope of reviving it. Here are some of them:<\/p>\n

\n4. Create a committee to study the horse
\n5. Organise visits to other organisations to see how they ride their dead horses
\n6. Raising the standards of racing on dead horses
\n7. Creating a tiger team to revive a dead horse
\n8. We will organise a training seminar on the development of racing skills
\n9. We check the condition of the dead horse against the modern environment
\n10. We change the requirements for a horse, proclaiming that this horse is not dead
\n11. We hire contract workers to ride our dead horse
\n12. Gathering several dead horses into a harness to increase speed
\n13. We declare that no horse is too dead to be whipped
\n14. Provide additional funding to improve horse performance
\n15. We analyse costs to see if contractors can ride it cheaper
\n16. We buy a product that will make a dead horse jump faster
\n17. We proclaim that a dead horse is \"better, faster, cheaper\"
\n18. Creating quality mugs to find a use for a dead horse
\n19. Revising the requirements for horse performance
